West Ham United vice-chairman Karren Brady says the response from fans to their Olympic stadium plans has been overwhelmingly positive.
Brady wrote on whufc.com: "I have been overwhelmed by your positive response to last week's announcement by Mayor Boris Johnson which awarded the Club the opportunity to move to the Olympic Stadium.
"I would like to thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to send the many thousands of messages of support to the Club. I am pleased so many of you feel that your faith has been rewarded.
"Knowing you are with us makes us a real force. There is a long journey ahead, but together we stand a real chance of realising our collective footballing ambitions for West Ham United.
"This move to a world-class UEFA category 4 Stadium gives us the chance to compete with the top teams in the world, attract and keep the highest quality players and invest in the squad and training facilities."
