West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is facing surgery this summer.

The Sun says Bilic needs a hip replacement.

The Hammers boss is working flat out for points despite being in constant pain with his worn-out joint, which will be replaced this summer.

Bilic is going in for surgery after the Premier League campaign ends on May 21 and could be laid up for five weeks.

That would make it touch and go for him to be mobile enough to start pre-season training with the team in early July.
