West Ham United manager Manuel Pellegrini remained coy when asked about Roma striker Edin Dzeko joining the Hammers.

Reports in Italy have suggested Dzeko could join the east London club in January.

But Pellegrini has refused to fuel the speculation.

"You can talk about five, six or seven players that are linked with us. We must not talk about one player," Pellegrini said ahead of Saturday's London derby with Tottenham.

"I know him well but we are not thinking about that at the moment."
