West Ham boss David Moyes admits he's eager to bed down his team after a hectic summer market
The Hammers have brought in eight senior players and lost seven since the end of last season.
Now they have to manage the transition whilst maintaining the form that has secured European football in successive seasons.
So far, it has not been easy, with West Ham currently in the relegation zone.
"We have had a great two-and-a-half years," said Moyes, ahead of facing Everton on Sunday.
"This has probably been as big a turnaround as I have had at any club. We had to change it round and this is the bedding in period which is never easy.
"We are trying to find our way."
Moyes was also asked about former Burnley winger Maxwel Cornet.
"It is probably his lateness coming back to pre-season and getting him back into condition," said Moyes.
"He had not had many match minutes in pre-season and we are still finding our way with him.
"We are looking at how best to use him and fit him in but he has already shown he is someone who can get us a goal."
