West Ham United manager Avram Grant admits he is frustrated that his job is continually under scrutiny despite the fact his side is similarly positioned to a couple of other clubs.
After the Hammers took a 2-1 advantage in the first leg of the Carling Cup semi-final on Tuesday night, Grant revealed that he was irritated that Fulham's Mark Hughes and Wolves' Mick McCarthy did not get the same sort of treatment as he does.
"It doesn't help," Grant said.
"We are one point from clubs like Fulham and Wolves, where it is quiet and settled.
"I don't want to think about any other things apart from the fight and the challenge."
