West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has accepted the demands of co-chairman David Sullivan this week.

Indeed, Bilic has endorsed West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan's warning that the team must improve.

Sullivan made the comments following the 3-2 defeat at Bournemouth last weekend and Bilic said: “I said also that we can't be happy with our form.

“We have to improve and bounce back. The players were unhappy in the dressing room after the Bournemouth match and they know they have to do better. We have to bounce back and we are ready for that.

“There are so many things still to fight for. We are under pressure and we know we have to win the game."
