West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is ready to offload Ravel Morrison.
With his off-field problems continuing Allardyce is prepared to let him go for next to nothing.
He has been frozen out of the first-team squad and forced to train with the under-21s.
But when asked if he despaired over Morrison, Allardyce said: "Always. It's very difficult to sit and watch.
"There's only a certain amount of times that you can advise and tell somebody what's the best way forward for them.
"He just has to change his whole life and then hopefully somewhere down the line he'll become the player he should be."
