West Ham attacker Tomas Soucek has been named Czech Republic Player of the Year for 2023.
He also picked up the prize in 2019 and 2020.
West Ham teammate Vladimir Coufal finished third in the poll.
The vote is cast by members including Czech First League coaches, captains, internationals with at least 30 starts, previous winners and members of the media and the Czech FA.
