Victor Obinna is not interested in a return to Inter Milan.
Inter have the option of extending his contract to 2012, but Obinna is happy on-loan at West Ham United and keen to stay in England.
The Nigeria international's current Inter agreement expires in June.
West Ham want to keep hold of Obinna, though he is also on the wanted list of Everton boss David Moyes.
