West Brom willing to sell Spurs, Arsenal target Davies

West Brom are seeking over £8.5 million for want-away defender Curtis Davies.

Tottenham, Arsenal and Newcastle United are all keen on the Baggies captain, who reportedly feels he needs to leave Hawthorns this summer for the sake of his career.

The Birmingham Mail says the Baggies would not necessarily stand in the way of the 22-year-old pursuing a move back to the Premiership. However, Davies may need to brace himself for a long period of stalemate even if he is granted a move as Albion have already made it very clear that no first-teamers will be allowed to leave on the cheap.

That could spell frustration for Davies, especially as Albion rejected a £8.5million bid from Portsmouth almost a year ago.
