West Brom to question officials after disallowed Olsson goal

West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis says the club will seek an explanation from match officials in relation to Sunday's 2-2 draw with Liverpool at Anfield.

Baggies defender Jonas Olsson had a goal disallowed for offside on the stroke of half-time despite the fact the linesman never raised his flag.

Pulis believes it was an unfair call and will look to clear up the issue with the league this week.

"The big disappointment is the linesman never put his flag up," said the West Brom manager.

"They tell me he is offside so why he hasn't put his flag up and why has he dragged the referee 50 yards across to talk to him?

"We will speak to the officials on Monday to find out why that is. If the flag goes up at the time we accept everything."

It was a massive call in a tight affair which saw the Baggies fall behind to Jordan Henderson's opener in the 21st minute before Craig Dawson and Olsson edged the visitors in front prior to Divock Origi's injury-time equaliser.
