West Bromwich Albion are set to rival Crystal Palace for the services of Liverpool outcast Mamadou Sakho, according to The Sun.
The French defender has been in impeccable form since joining Palace on a loan move in January.
His arrival at the club has been one of the key reasons behind the recent improvement in their results, and manager Sam Allardyce is keen to make the deal permanent at season's end.
Sakho lost his place in Reds setup after a falling-out with manager Jurgen Klopp in the summer. He failed to make an appearance in the first half of the season and was sent to Palace in the winter window.
He is certain to leave the Merseyside club in the summer, and his recent performances have made sure that he will have a lot of interest in his services with at least Tony Pulis' Baggies and the Eagles set to battle it out.
