The Mirror says Burnley have been told to up their £25million double bid for Dawson and Rodriguez.

The Baggies have just lost defender Jonny Evans to Leicester for only £3.5m due to a release clause.

Now Albion are reluctant to lose fellow stopper Dawson,28, too and ex-Clarets striker Rodriguez,28, who scored 11 goals last term.

The relegated outfit insist Burnley's dual bid doesn't not match the club's valuations.
