Shane Long is happy to play a supporting role for West Bromwich Albion centre-forward Romelu Lukaku.

Long is happy to be the foil for the on-loan Chelsea powerhouse while he remains at The Hawthorns.

"Rom is relishing the challenge up here and it is good to play alongside him," Long told the WBA website.

"It is enjoyable up front.

"I think he likes playing up front with the second man to play off and create space for him.

"When he gets a bit of space, he is willing to take it."
