West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino has been dubbed 'Defoe' by teammates this season.
Berahino's goalscoring exploits for the Baggies and England Under-21s have earned him a new £15,000-a-week deal - not a bad increase from the £850 a week he was on.
Baggies teammate Victor Anichebe said: "He's an unbelievable finisher. I call him Defoe after Jermain at Tottenham because that's how he is.
"He loves it. He calls himself Defoe. He follows him on Instagram and he thinks he is Defoe!"
