West Bromwich Albion have shaken up their front office.
Richard Garlick has been confirmed as Wets Bromwich Albion's sporting and technical director.
And Albion have also announced two further promotions as part of a realignment of the player recruitment and medical services departments.
Dave McDonough, who joined as head of analysis in April, has been appointed as director of technical performance & scouting.
Mark Gillett, who has been the club's head of medical services for more than three-and-a-half years, has also been appointed to the role of director of performance - a title which, the club claim, more accurately reflects his responsibilities.
