Paul Scharner feels West Bromwich Albion are responding to their new manager.
Scharner thinks the team are continuing to grow as new manager Hodgson stamps his authority on the squad.
"I think we are developing," he said. "We have now had two weeks' training under Roy Hodgson and you could see on Monday that it's working more and more.
"I am very confident that we can start winning again over the next few games. The shape of the team changed a lot, especially in defence."
