West Bromwich Albion are considering an ambitious move for Benfica striker Rodrigo Moreno.

The Express & Star says West Brom are keeping tabs on Spanish striker Rodrigo and had the player watched when he figured for Portuguese giants Benfica at home to Rio Ave last weekend.

The former Real Madrid starlet, who once had a loan spell in the Premier League with Bolton, is understood to earn less than £16,000-a-week on a contract until 2015.
