West Brom to pay £4m for Birmingham's Foster

West Bromwich Albion will reportedly pay £4million for goalkeeper Ben Foster if Birmingham City remain in the Championship.

The 28-year old joined the Baggies on a season-long loan in the summer and could become a permanent fixture at The Hawthorns if relegated Birmingham fail to gain promotion back to the top flight.

West Brom has indicated that they will look to sign Foster, who has started all 11 Premier League games so far, at the completion of the season if the Blues don't come up or the Baggies don't go down.
