West Bromwich Albion are planning a last-ditch attempt to sign Southampton attacker Jay Rodriguez on deadline day, according to reports from the Daily Express.

Albion sold Saido Berahino to Stoke City this month and they are currently in the market to sign a replacement for the young striker.

Saints attacker Rodriguez has regularly been mentioned as a potential target for the Baggies and now according to reports, manager Tony Pulis is looking to lure the England international away from Southampton by placing a £10million bid today.
