West Brom are haggling over personal terms with Arsenal fullback Carl Jenkinson.

The Gunners are looking to get the £45,000-a-week defender off their books.

Sky Sports says the Baggies lead the race for Jenkinson as they eye a return to the top flight.

West Brom finished fourth in the Championship last season and are among the favourites to go up.

Celtic are also believed to be keen after Mikael Lustig, Jeremy Toljan and Cristian Gamboa left the club.

Jenkinson earns £45,000 a week at the Emirates and the Gunners are keen to get his wages off the books.
