West Bromwich Albion and Burnley are monitoring Leeds United central defender Liam Cooper, according to reports from talkSPORT.
While Leeds endured a difficult Championship campaign last term, Cooper enjoyed a consistent season and as a result, the 24-year-old has been able to attract the interest from a number of clubs.
TalkSPORT claims that West Midlands club Albion and Premier League returnees Burnley are going up against each other in a bid to sign Cooper this summer.
However, new Leeds boss Garry Monk is not in any hurry to sell key players from the squad he has inherited at Elland Road, especially after allowing Giuseppe Bellusci to join Empoli on loan for the 2016/17 season.
