West Brom boss Tony Pulis isn't taking job security for granted.

Pulis has avoided any serious speculation about his position – unlike many top-flight counterparts.

But he says: “Every manager in the Premier League is under pressure from week to week and day to day – apart from maybe the two Manchester clubs at the moment.

“It's always been there but it's got gradually worse because of social media. Everybody now has an opinion and the pressure just builds and builds.

“You hope, and I'm sure Craig does, that you have got a good chairman who knows that you have to give people time."
