West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has been told to forget about moving for Real Mallorca striker Oscar Trejo.
The Daily Express says West Brom chairman Jeremy Peace is refusing to back Mowbray with the funds to sign Argentine striker Trejo in the transfer window.
