West Bromwich Albion boss Roberto di Matteo admits he plans to wheel and deal in the January market.
The Baggies manager has shown faith in his current crop of players by insisting he will not bring in new faces just for the sake of it.
"If I can I would like to bring in one player to improve the squad and if I can't I am not going to just bring two or three players in for the sake of it," Di Matteo told the WBA website.
"We will look at any situation, whether it's a loan or something else.
"We have to let some players go. I think we have an interest for a couple of our players, but who knows?"
