West Brom boss Sam Allardyce admits he and Sammy Lee have "gone through hell" at the Hawthorns since their arrival.
But he insists Albion will fight until the end ahead of Monday's Black Country derby at home to Wolves.
He said, “The first two months are always hell but working through the hell is what it's all about.
“Particularly Sammy and I, we have been together so long now, we know what it's about and what we have to do.
“We try and do it the best we can.
“The sad thing is that we're not much closer to being out of trouble. We have done all we can.
“The players' performances have consistently got better but sadly we haven't got enough wins."
