Werder Bremen have made an offer for Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar.
The Daily Mail says Werder have made a £2million offer for Kranjcar.
The 26-year-old has held discussions with manager Harry Redknapp who has said he can go for the right deal.
Liverpool and Everton are also interested in the skilful Croatian but have other priorities or no cash.
