Werder Bremen chief Klaus Allofs has warned Juventus off star man Diego.

Allofs declared: "Werder Bremen has no intention of losing our best man, the Brazilian midfielder Diego. At the end of the season, then, the Brazilian will not move to Juventus or any other team.

"We have not received any bids from Juventus, but in any case we do not intend to deal with anyone over Diego. The planning for next season includes his presence."
