Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is surprised by their table position.

Wenger admits he is surprised his team are only two points behind Prem leaders Manchester United.

He said: "Considering we lost three home games I feel fortunate to still be in the title race. That is an opportunity usually you don't get.

"But everybody has dropped points and we have an exceptional away record. We must take this chance to close the gap."
