Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is frustrated over the lack of spending power he has.

With reports of talks between Wenger and Florentino Perez emerging from France yesterday, the Daily Star says the manager has also told friends he has become increasingly frustrated by the lack of funds at The Emirates.

That would not be the case at Real Madrid where Perez is talking about making huge bids for Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka of Milan and also Wenger's skipper at Arsenal, Cesc Fabregas.
