Hugo Lloris has urged his Tottenham teammates to get the club out of their current crisis.
The north Londoners find themselves sitting 12th on the Premier League table having won just four of their 11 matches so far which sees them just five points out of the relegation zone.
Lloris said he experienced similar scenarios at former club Lyon and is now hoping he can be part of a Spurs team that can show some resilience and bounce back from a poor run of form.
"I knew times like this at Lyon, but at Lyon there was a real pressure on a daily basis and crisis management," he told L'Equipe.
"We are more left to ourselves in London, where we are comfortable.
"We have to get out of this.
"Because if we ever play to stay up, being comfortable is not going to help us. That makes me sorry for the coach."
He added: "Nevertheless, we are working, trying to find answers."
Spurs next take on 15th-placed Hull City when the Premier League returns from the international break on Saturday week.
