Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he is remaining cautious with striker Daniel Sturridge despite his return to full fitness.
Sturridge has finally managed to get over his constant injury problems and has been putting in arguably his best performances for Liverpool in recent times.
However, manager Klopp does not want to overwork Sturridge simply because he is back at full fitness and has revealed that he will be managing the striker's participation in matches with caution.
The German manager said: "After this long period, you cannot use him as an orange and take each little bit of the juice.
"If you think Daniel Sturridge can play from the first to the last minute in the last nine game, fine. He is in brilliant shape. The best thing for us, for him, for England for the European Championship.
"He is in the best shape since I have been here. Now we can say, 'Oh my god, Daniel is back — let's push him through all these games!" Yeah? If you think that is right, write it. If not, don't ask me anymore.
"But they have shown that they can play together. They can be very good together. But at the end, we have to find the solution."
