Watford are interested in signing Mexico international Guillermo Ochoa.

The acrobatic goalkeeper, who has earned plaudits for his displays in major tournaments, is out of contract with Standard Liege in Belgium.

According to Record in Mexico, Ochoa wants a new challenge and cold head to Watford.

He has previously worked with Hornets boss Javi Gracia at Malaga.

A deal for Ochoa would make sense if Heurelho Gomes was to depart Watford.
