Watford are considering a last minute move for Birmingham City defender Kristian Pederson, according to Football Insider.

The Hornets want to sign the full back as they have missed out on Danny Rose from Tottenham.

Rose is almost certain to join Newcastle until the end of the season.

Pederson has been impressive with Birmingham since arriving at the Championship side in 2018 from Union Berlin.

He has played every league game this term.

The two clubs are some distance from agreeing on a fee, which means the move could go down to the wire.
