Watford boss Javi Gracia says the club will fully support Tommie Hoban after suffering a knee injury on-loan at Aberdeen.

Gracia said the club will help him with his recovery as much as they can.

He said: "I'm very sorry for him because he spent with us the beginning of the season and he has always been, and is, a very good professional with a great attitude.

"Now it's a very difficult moment for him, but we will be here to try to help him, to try to support him, to help in all the things we can do.

"It's something that sometimes happens and you have to be ready for that and try to manage well. The player knows we are here to help him recover."
