Watford manager Javi Gracia was happy with the effort from Nathaniel Chalobah on his return.
While the Hornets suffered a 3-0 defeat away to Chelsea, the 24-year-old came back for his first start since December.
Chalobah has struggled for fitness during most of the season, due to a knee injury. And his boss Gracia was very pleased for him after the game.
He said to reporters: "I think he (Chalobah) played really well.
"In the moment they [were losing 2-0] I made the substitution, but I think he played really well and it wasn't easy because he went a long time without playing.
"But in my opinion it was a very good performance."
