Tottenham striker Richarlison and Arsenal defender Takehiro Tomiyasu were involved in a touchline confrontation before either of them entered the fray in Sunday's feisty north London derby.
Tomiyasu was seen holding an arm out to stop the Brazilian from interfering with an Arsenal throw-in when both players were warming up on the sidelines.
Tensions flared later on as Aaron Ramsdale was attacked by a fan after the full-time whistle following Arsenal's comfortable 2-0 win.
Richarlison did not take too kindly to Tomiyasu confronting him before Thomas Partey's throw-in.
Tomiyasu blocked Richarlison's path with an arm across his chest, which was shrugged off by the Spurs man.
