Liverpool defeated Fleetwood Town 5-0 in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday.

Jurgen Klopp's Reds easily beat the League One outfit at Highbury Stadium courtesy of a debut goal from promising midfielders Marko Grujic and Ben Woodburn, while Brazilians Lucas Leiva and Roberto Firmino also got on the scoresheet, with the latter helping himself to a double.

Danny Ings missed an early penalty but overall it was a commanding performance from Liverpool who will be thrilled with the performances of Grjic, Woodburn, summer signing Sadio Mane and young forward Ryan Kent.
