Former Argentina international Andres D'Alessandro has landed a move to Uruguay's Nacioanl - at the age of 39.
The midfielder moves to Uruguay from Brazil's Internacional after a career which has seen him also play for Portsmouth, Wolfsburg and Real Zaragoza.
On the day of his presentation yesterday, he joked with the club chairman about how he thought he was arriving late to his own unveiling.
D'Alessandro also spoke about his motivation to carry on playing football and his decision to choose Nacional over other clubs.
