Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson clashed with Sadio Mane during last night's Champions League defeat to Liverpool.

The Brazilian reacted with rage after Mane slid into City defender Nicolas Otamendi during the first-half of their Champions League quarter-final second leg.

Otamendi rolled around on the floor after being caught by the Senegal star.

And Ederson rushed out to confront Mane.

It was of course the Liverpool star who kicked Ederson in the head earlier this season. And the Brazilian held two fingers up to Mane - perhaps indicating that was the second time he had lunged in on a City player.
