Neil Warnock can't see former club Sheffield United being reinstated into the Premiership.

An arbitration panel will today hear United's claim that West Ham should have been deducted points rather than fined £5.5million over the Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano transfers last year.

Warnock, who quit as boss after relegation, said: "I don't think anybody is anticipating a reversal of the decision, but it's right they carry on the fight because most people thought it was an injustice."
