Costa Rica assistant coach Paulo Wanchope says Joel Campbell is ready to launch his Arsenal career.
Wanchope, the former Derby County, West Ham United and Manchester City forward, says Campbell is determined to show a watching Gunners boss Arsene Wenger what he is capable of.
"He really wants to go back to Arsenal and play and I told him that the only way to do that is on the pitch," said Wanchope.
"He did well today and I think that he needs to perform even better against Italy and then England to have that chance to go back to Arsenal."
