Stoke City striker Jonathan Walters has agreed a new one-year contract extension.
Stoke have rewarded Walters with a new deal to keep him at the club until 2015 and Pulis believes the player deserves his contract extension.
"I'm very pleased for Jon because he's come in as a lower-league player and established himself to play a part in the Premier League. In fact, he's done more than that," manager Tony Pulis told the Stoke Sentinel.
"We're very pleased he's agreed a new deal and made sure his long-term future lies with us."
