Vissel Kobe coach Thorstein Fink is proud to be working with Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta.

Fink rates the Spanish midfield veteran the best player he's coached.

He told Fussball Transfers: "Megastar, I would add that. As a person, he's a very calm guy, very, very easy to get along with. You can have good conversations with him. He does everything the trainer says. He's an absolute professional on the pitch. He has his view of football, which of course he got from Barcelona. He's used to playing possession soccer. You don't have to explain to him what the running routes are like.

"You have to put the team around him. The team has to adjust to him. He has to get the ball. He hits passes, they're amazing. That's an artist, that's not just a footballer. This really is an artist.

"Andrés is the best footballer I have ever worked with. Both as an active footballer and as a coach. This is the best I've ever seen. This is different from the good guys. There is only one person who I say has this genius. One. That was Mario Basler. In terms of football, he was also so brilliant. But of course Andrés achieved everything that can be achieved."
