The Daily Mail says Villarreal are considering a surprise move for Wolves winger Jarvis, 25.
The Spanish side fear they are losing left back Joan Capdevila and striker Giuseppe Rossi while there are doubts about winger Santi Cazorla.
Although they are signing Cristian Zapata from Udinese, they want to strengthen their attacking options.
