Villarreal tightlipped on Fernandez's Sporting Lisbon move

Villarreal are tight-lipped over Matias Fernandez's imminent move to Sporting Lisbon.

Sporting coach Paulo Bento is confident of closing a deal for the Chile international winger and all signs are that an agreement has already been struck.

However, last night Fernando Roig, the Villarreal president, refused to comment on Fernandez's departure, insisting nothing would be said until all contracts had been signed.
