Villarreal president Fernando Roig is unsure if AC Milan will firm up their interest in Samuel Chukwueze.

Roig is not sure that the Italian giants want the 24-year-old.

"I don't know if Milan are interested in the player. But if the interest is the same as when they came for Mateo Musacchio ... On that occasion (Adriano) Galliani came and said: 'I want the player, but I have no money', then we ate fideuà (a local dish) and left home," he told AS.

"We make the moves that the market allows us to. The starting point is to have a better team than last year.

"I am satisfied with the situation."
