Villarreal defender Johan Mojica admits they need to snap their recent slump.

Villarreal meet Real Mallorca after enduring a string of disappointing recent results.

Mojica said, “The team has always had the attitude to improve. We have faith in our work and, against Mallorca, we have the chance to come back with three important points.

“They know how we play. Mallorca are a team that do things very well and that's why we have to play very intelligently and know how to attack and defend strongly because keeping a clean sheet is fundamental for us.

“We are aware of the importance of the match having gone three games without a win. The goal for Villarreal is to be among the teams at the top of the table and we are aware of that. We want to win on Saturday."
