Villarreal coach Quique Setien was delighted with Jorge Pascual after his goal on Sunday.

The youngster struck in the 2-2 draw with Atletico Madrid for the season finale.

Setien said, “I think he has great potential and I believe that one day he will be a great footballer.

"Today he played for a little while and scored and gave us a point. He is a good finisher, strong and has technique. He needs to acquire some aspects and get used to the competitive rhythm. This youth team has a lot of talent and there are a lot of lads who have quality."

He also said: “We finished the last game with an extraordinary feeling. I'm very happy. The players have given an example of will and ambition. We had nothing at stake and we still went for the game. I was very pleased with that after such a difficult and long season."
