Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill has made a take-it-or-leave-it offer to Leeds United for starlet Fabian Delph, according to The Mirror. Villa have now, it seems, made their final bid for the 19 year old, with O'Neill offering £4 million plus add-ons for the player to move to Villa Park.
